Agile – The AJS Way

Team of 2–8 experienced, cross-functional members that includes a Scrum Master, Developers and Testers is assembled to accomplish the task.

The Product Backlog (feature wish list) is distributed into release backlogs which further get divided into sprint backlogs.

During each sprint cycle, which is typically 2–5 weeks long, features from the sprint backlog are taken by the team to create a potentially marketable increment. Each sprint follows the full software development lifecycle to the maximum possible extent.

Frequent Scrum meetings are held to discuss the tasks done since the last meeting, things planned till the next Scrum meeting and problems encountered during previous attempts.

Lessons learned from each sprint cycle get applied to the next to make continuous process improvement.
